Bobby is a class clown who can't stop acting out in school--he's always cracking up the other students but annoying the teacher. Finally, Bobby's father tells him that if his attitude doesn't improve, he'll send Bobby to a special school for students with behavioral problems. Now Bobby has just one chance to prove himself worthy of staying in school--he's been assigned to put on a school-wide laugh-off: teachers vs. students.
